Return Policy

                                                                                            Return Policy 

                                                                         Effective Date: December 10th, 2025


Thank you for purchasing PaceAid, the visual guidance device for CPR performance. We are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below:

1. Returns

- You may request a return within 30 days of the original purchase date.

- To be eligible for a return, the device must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the  

  original packaging. Unused means the device has not been activated, shows no signs of wear, and is in its 

  original, unopened packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

- Non-returnable items include, but are not limited to, devices with open packaging may not be eligible 

  for return.

- Please contact our support team to confirm eligibility. Eligibility for return will be determined by our 

  support team based on provided photos and purchase details.

3. Return Process

- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at info@paceaid.com or 1 (732) 631- 4060.

- You will receive instructions on how to send back your device.

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the device is defective or damaged upon 

  arrival. In such cases, PaceAid will provide a prepaid shipping label.

- Refunds are approved if the returned device meets the eligibility criteria outlined above. Devices showing 

  signs of use, damage, or missing components will not be eligible.

4. Refunds

- Once we receive and inspect the returned device, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of 

  your refund.

- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days, and credit will be applied to your 

  original payment method.

- Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Defective or Damaged Items

- Please report any defects or damage within 5 business days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or 

  refund at no extra cost to you.

6. Exchanges

- If you wish to exchange your PaceAid device for a different model or version, please contact our support 

  team within 30 days of purchase.

- Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested model or version is unavailable, we will offer a refund 

  or the option to wait for restock.

7. Additional Terms

- Please retain your purchase receipt or proof of purchase for all returns and exchanges. Acceptable  

  proof of purchase includes original receipt, email confirmation, or order number.

- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy.

FDA registration means the manufacturer has provided required information to the FDA, but the FDA has not reviewed or approved this product for safety or efficacy. PaceAid is manufactured according to current good manufacturing practices (CGMPs).
